chain ruling's game mechanic
we all know spell speed 2 card or effect can activate during either turn, but yu gi oh never use time system like second, minute........
yu gi oh have it own timing system, for the chain rule, the most important timing term is GAME STATE.
during your opponent turn, some times you cannot activate a spell speed 2 card(s), for example............ when.......
1)your opponent is thinking(after game stat open only)
2)game state already open, you need to wait until your opponent do next move so you can chain
example 1
1)player A activate dark core and target player B's stardust dragon.
2)player B activate dark bribe(chain to player A's dark core)
3)player A activate wiretap(chain to player B's dark bride)
4)player B activate seven tool of the bandit(chain to player A's wiretap)
4)player A does not manage to activate any card or effect anymore( he passed the chance for chain to seven tool of the bandit)
5)player B also does not manage to activate any card or effect anymore(chain formed completely)
chain resolving.......
1)seven tool of the bandit negate wiretap and destroy it
2)wiretap resolve without effect(negated)
3)dark bride negate dark core and player A draw 1 card
4)dark core resolve without effect(negated)
----------------------chain resolve completed-----------------------------------
if player A have a compulsory evacuation device, he cannot just activate after chain resolve completed because the game state already opened.
